Colleen knows Spring Lake and the surrounding area very well. She was born and raised in Spring Lake, attended H.W. Mountz Public Grammar School and Saint Rose High School. She and her husband, Jim, moved back to town eight years ago and are raising four sons. She is a graduate of Brown University and Seton Hall Law School.
Colleen is an active member of the Spring Lake community. She was recently appointed Chairperson of the Spring Lake Recreation Committee and serves as a member of the H.W. Mountz PTA.
